I'll start with the bad, its a short list. My bag picked up a lot of dust off the floor, prehaps a mop is needed. Ear plugs were useful but a certain patient was very loud. Prehaps a seperate ward for him so others can sleep. Apart from that proffessional and friendly and treated with respect and dignity. Nurse Jose (not sure how spelt but Spanish man, was great). Lots of smiles was nice to see.
